I came in again just to check on a thumb drive that I thought was corrupted since it wouldn’t open and Troy was so helpful with my issue and so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly Recommend, I called about my broken screen for my Samsung Ultra they let me know they would have to order it which would take a couple days, they called me a couple days later when it was in and I dropped my phone off, took about an hour and it was fixed up looking brand new again, super pleased. I had a coworker tell me about RepairAll, told me how good the prices were. My phone’s battery and ability to charge took a nosedive so this was “kinda” an emergency situation; brought it in, and they had all the parts needed. I have a One Plus which I had dropped and needed a complete screen replacement. Before finding Repair All in Google Maps, I called a couple other shops. No one knew what a Ones Plus was. They thought it was a Samsung or an Apple model. Absurd. I talked to the gentleman who explained the process, quoted the price and it all went exactly as he said. The only difference he didn't mention was the quality. I was shocked. The new screen is so beautifully done, the work is seamless. The screen surface is treated with a liquid glass protector that leaves it looking and feeling like silk. It was expensive (it's a one plus) and worth every penny as it's a keeper phone, not one I'll be flipping for a new one in the near future. Thank you, gentleman!read more

My new iPhone 13 suffered an injury of one of the lens. I went to aTT and checked out my insurance for repair. The ATT rep gave me info to call insurance company or go next door to Repair All and get estimate.I did and was so incredibly amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of Juan. Great service! Went in to check a price on replacing my very cracked and ruined screen protector. 8 minutes later I was getting in the car with a clear and protected screen. Super fast and easy! Claudia was wonderful and I will definitely come back for my future needs!My only complaint was a lady that was hovering over myself and the staff member helping me. She wasn’t outright rude, just made me a little uncomfortable. Not sure if she was an owner or manager or something.read more

I came in to repair my phone, but the gentlemen was honest with the price and even was going to give me a discount on the repair. The price was more then I paid for the phone. So I ended up asking about the phones they sell and ended up buying and iPhone 6+. He moved all my pictures, contacts and everything else with an app that I didn't even know existed. I heard about this place thru my brother in law, excellent customer service. The price was reasonable and I am a permanent customer now , after bad experience with Sprint. I had an amazing experience when i went in today.The store manager "Joe" has great interpersonal skills; he was both very friendly and helpful. I have a Macbook Pro so it is a b**ch trying to find a place to get my laptop checked out.
