My cell screen was broken, went to a few locations in Fresno thay all told me thay did not have my cell phone parts available and some companies told me it was going to take 2hours so I would haft to come back the next day. Today we went in because my cell phone actually started to burn up while it was charging. Anthony checked it out and cleaned my charging port and then check the phone for charging capability. The phone worked fine. He then asked to see my charger. He noted that it was of inferior quality and had probably been part of the problem. He also advised me that he found hay in my phone and that I need to keep that clean from the charging port or a fire could happen again. Bought a new charger and all is well. This is not the first time Anthony has helped me out with my phone and my grandkids tablets. He is always Sharp professional and never sells me anything I don't need.
